- How do I make a purchase ?
- Browse through our shop section. Once you have found an item, click on the 'Add to Cart’ button below each item. Review your selection by clicking the bag icon at the top right of the page and selecting ‘View Cart’. You can use the 'Remove Item' link to delete items from your shopping bag. If you wish to continue browsing, click on the 'Continue Shopping' button. To complete your order, click on 'Proceed to Check Out' button.

2. Do I need to create an account to make a purchase ?
No, creating accounts are optional. You can browse through the collections without creating an account and select merchandise you like and checkout as guest. But to be able to earn and use Malaha Points, you need to set up an account which is a fairly easy process. Register with us and you'll be able to enjoy these benefits through your Malaha account.
3. I have forgotten my password, what should I do ?
If you have forgotten your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page.
4. What are the payment methods available on the website ?
We accept all major bank Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking and Wallets. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD)
5. How to track my order ?
Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill number (AWB no.) and courier partner name is sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner website (Bluedart, Delhivery) and enter the AWB no. shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

6. I’m based overseas. Will you still ship my way?
