It is our endeavour to provide you with the best possible customer service and hence we permit returns & exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are requested to inform us via within 5 days of receiving the order on our email ID- . Any request received after the returnable window are not eligible for returns/exchange. We will revert to your email within 24-48 hours with an appropriate solution. Once the request is approved our logistics team will arrange a pick from your original delivery address. Please keep the goods ready with all the original tags/packaging.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

  • No return/exchange is offered for International orders.
  • No return/exchange is offered for products purchased on sale/discount.
  • No exchange/return is offered for customised products.
  • No cash refund is offered for gift cards.
  • Stoles/Scarves and other accessories are non-returnable.
  • Exchange or return takes 10-12 business days from the receipt of your original product.
  • Gift Cards are issued once. Subsequent gift cards can not be issued for the same order.


We are pleased to offer one time exchange for your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 5 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style(same price item only). You just have to contact our team and we will get the products picked up from your doorstep! Once it qualifies our QC, we shall dispatch your replacement order.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If it qualifies our QC, a closure shall be provided to your request. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a GIFT CARD/EXCHANGE CREDIT available to use on


We reserve the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy without any notice. All returns or exchanges are approved at the sole discretion of Malaha and we reserve the right to reject any return/exchange request.
